How can I purchase an item?
Purchases may be made through PayPal, using either an existing PayPal account, or a major credit card (VISA/MasterCard). You may purchase using our PayPal shopping cart and checkout. All prices and shipping will be calculated automatically.
Or you may contact us to discuss your purchases and discuss possible discounts for purchasing multiple items. Using this method, once items are selected, you will be sent an invoice from Ixchel Textiles that details your purchase and includes a link directly to the PayPal payment page.
What about shipping?
All items are located in Guatemala, unless otherwise noted. We ship using Guatemalan post (a Canadian run company) and have had no problems in the arrival of items. Most items generally arrive in 1 – 2 weeks via registered mail. The price of shipping is dependent on the weight of the items selected and the mailing destination.
What if I don’t see an item I am looking for on your web page?
Please don’t hesitate to ask! We love looking for special request items! It is sometimes a challenge, but we have access to items from many of the numerous regions of Guatemala, and have been known to find a few items from Mexico as well.
