Stunning huipil full of deer! This huipil is from the town of Tactic in the region of Alta Verapaz. This lovely huipil measures 30” across the shoulders, and 17″ from the neckline to the bottom edges (folded). The neck opening is rectangular and measures 6” x 6”. This huipil has plenty of room for the head.

This huipil is elegant with its deep, dark red tones throughout the body. The weaving is accented with traditional deer and mayan stars in the bodice.

This huipil is in good used condition, with a little sign of wear in the form of some loose threads. The bodice has creases in the fabric where the huipil was previously gathered and sewn to make it smaller.
