Santa Maria de Jesús

Stunning tzute from the town of Santa Maria de Jesús. This beautiful tzute measures 36″ wide, and 43″ long.

This tzute is beautiful with its deep colors and hand weaving that feature the traditional animal motifs of Santa Maria de Jesús. The colors are yellow, blue, green, purple and pink. The thread used to weave this tzute are mostly lustrina and acrylic. Where the two lienzos join, there is a simple randa of various colors that run the full length of the tzute. The background fabric is woven red cotton. This tzute is finely woven and stunning.

This tzute is in very good used condition, with very few signs of wear. There are a few loose threads.
